At Beyond Measure Pickleball Company, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our paddles. We stand behind our products and want you to play with complete confidence.

 

 

Warranty Coverage

· All new paddles purchased directly from Beyond Measure Pickleball or an authorized retailer come with a six (6) month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

· This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

· The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

 

 

Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

· Improper usage, abuse, or mishandling of the paddle

· Normal wear and tear from play

· Worn or replaced original grip tape

· Discoloration, fading, or cosmetic blemishes to paddle graphics

· Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs made after purchase

· Lost or stolen paddles

· Damage caused by leaving paddles unattended in extreme conditions (heat, cold, outdoors, or in vehicles)

· Paddle covers, accessories, or demo paddles

 

 

How to Start a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact our Customer Care team at  customercare@playbeyondmeasure.com.

2. Include your order number, clear images of the paddle, and a detailed description of the issue.

3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

If your claim is approved:

· A replacement paddle will be issued.

· The Customer is responsible for all applicable shipping costs associated with warranty replacements.

 

 

Additional Terms

· Beyond Measure reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all claims to determine eligibility.

· Approved replacements may be issued with the same or a similar model, subject to availability.

· This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary by state.
