We take great pride in designing and delivering premium paddles, apparel, and accessories that reflect our commitment to quality, performance, and value. Every product is crafted with care and tested to meet the highest standards so you can play with confidence.
While we strive to ensure that every order exceeds expectations, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to give you peace of mind by providing a fair and transparent process should you need to return or exchange an item.
Eligibility
· Returns and exchanges are accepted within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date, provided the order was placed directly through the Beyond Measure Pickleball Company website.
· To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and condition. Products showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be accepted.
· Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns and exchanges.
· Please note: products purchased through authorized third-party retailers must be returned or exchanged in accordance with that retailer’s policies.
Shipping
· A standard shipping charge will apply to all returns and exchanges, except in cases where the product is determined to be defective or faulty upon receipt. In such cases, Beyond Measure Pickleball will cover the return shipping cost.
· Customers who prefer may choose to arrange their own return shipping. In these instances, Beyond Measure is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when managing your own return.
· Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Contact our Customer Care team at customercare@playbeyondmeasure.com with your order number and details of your request.
2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including whether a prepaid return label will be issued or if you will need to arrange shipping independently.
3. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your return or exchange, and process it accordingly.
