Order Processing

· Once your order is placed, please allow 1 business day for processing.

· Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

· During peak periods or high order volumes, processing times may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 


 

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS:

· Ground Shipping: 3–5 business days (available within the lower 48 states).

· Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (available within the lower 48 states).

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

 


 

International Shipping

· Beyond Measure is proud to serve international customers worldwide.

· International buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes (VAT), and/or customs fees imposed by their local government.

· These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout. Please consult your local customs office for details on potential additional fees.

· Delivery times for international shipments vary based on destination and customs clearance processes.

 


 

Tracking Your Order

· Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

· Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier has received the package.

 


 

Lost or Damaged Packages

· Beyond Measure Pickleball Company is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

· Once a package is accepted by USPS or any other Third-Party Carriers, liability for delivery lies with the carrier.

· If your package is lost or arrives damaged, it is the Customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with USPS or any other Third-Party Carriers.

· We will provide assistance by supplying tracking details or supporting documentation upon request, but the claim must be initiated by the Customer with the carrier.

 


 

Additional Notes

· Beyond Measure Pickleball Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

· If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship the package.
